All your questions

If you have any further questions, please send us an email to kontakt@kunstundstunde.de

When will I receive the link to the webinar?

After your booking, you will receive access to the webinar approximately 10 minutes later by email.

If you encounter any problems during this process, please do not hesitate to contact us at kontakt@kunstundstunde.de . We will be happy to assist you to ensure that you can participate in the webinar smoothly.

Will I get the presentation?

Occasionally, the expert will make his presentation available. At the end of a webinar, you will receive a link in the video call chat that will take you to a task card. All important information, links, videos, presentations and participant certificates are stored there. To ensure that you do not miss these resources, please stay until the end of the webinar. If you are unable to stay until the end, do not hesitate to send us an email afterwards to kontakt@kunstundstunde.de .

What if I can't make it spontaneously?

If you send an email to kontakt@kunstundstunde.de by 12 noon on the day of the webinar, we can refund your money and release your place in the shop. Please note that we cannot refund later returns.

Can I still get a place even if the webinar is fully booked?

Unfortunately, we cannot allocate additional places. However, you can be put on a waiting list to be informed about available places. Please note that this is not a waiting list in the traditional sense. As soon as you receive a notification of a free place, you must act quickly and book it straight away. Whoever books first gets the place.

  • Interactive webinars: the focus is on dialogue.
  • Short input (30-40 minutes) from the lecturer, followed by lively discussion.
  • Consciously limiting the number of participants for active participation.
  • Personal atmosphere, everyone can ask questions and be heard.
